Pilates Inspired

This class is a dynamic fusion of Yoga & Pilates that blends together flexibility, balance, mindful movement, & core-strength. Every class is unique.

We use props such as weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, magic circle, & many more.

Gentle Yoga - Hatha

Slower-paced practice that emphasizes on proper alignment in held poses. Anybody looking for a relaxing & calming yoga class, this is the one.

Great for beginners

Power Flow - Vinyasa

Continuous movement with challenging poses to keep students activated. This will focus on building strength, balance, & mobility.

This is not a beginners class. Great for any body looking for a challenge.

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Yin: Long-held postures, targeting the body's deep connective tissues. Challenges the body & mind. Using the breath to surrender & find stillness.

Restorative: Props like bolsters, blankets, & blocks are used to support the body. The body & mind are completely relaxed.

Yin Yang Yoga

The first half of class begins with a power flow to build fire & heat within the body. This requires continuous flowing movement & challenging poses.

Then we finish off with Yin yoga, to focus on breath, relaxation, & flexibility. Yin yoga goes deep into the connective tissues. We hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes each.

A quick 30 minute lunch break Pilates to keep you motivated throughout the work day.

We use body weight, weights, magic circles, and many other props.
